Trumbull CT – It was announced today that the former Trumbull Printing Company property at 205 Spring Hill Road in Trumbull has been sold. The purchaser is BACO Enterprises from Bronx NY. The sales price was $6.4 million or $112.28 per square foot. The property consists of 57,000 square feet on 6.9 acres. The property is in Trumbull with a portion in the back located in the Town of Monroe.
