213 Danbury Road in Wilton which housed North American Pharmacal, was sold for $2,150,000.00. David Fugitt, SIOR & Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR were the brokers for the seller. North American sold the property and relocated to 149 Water Street in Norwalk to leased space of 8,640 square feet. Randy Vidal and Robert Lewis were the listing brokers.
303 Linwood Avenue in Fairfield is a multi-tenant office building and has been sold to E & J Twin Properties for $1,800,000.00. Randy Vidal was the listing broker.
Nuovo Pasta Production leased 19,500 square feet from the Stratford Development Company at 350 Long Beach Blvd. The space will be used for warehousing and distribution. Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR negotiated the terms of the lease for Nuovo & SDC.
The Shake Shack property at 1849 Post Road East in Westport was sold as in investment property to Fin-Max Realty LLC for $3,960,000.00. Robert Lewis was the broker for both owner and purchaser.

280 Garfield Avenue was formerly occupied by Kaster Moving, which relocated to an 87,000 square foot building at 400 Long Beach Blvd. The Garfield Avenue, 27,000 square foot facility was leased to Jump Off, a recreational company with trampolines and a full recreational service program. Griffin Hospital which had its walk in medical facility at Trap Falls Road in Shelton, relocated to a new state of the art facility at 10-12 Progress Drive in Shelton.
