Vidal/Wettenstein has negotiated the lease terms for two companies in Stratford.
Unicare, LLC, a home health company presently located in Bridgeport, will be relocating to 80 Ferry Boulevard. The company has taken 4,950 square feet of office space and will start work at their new location in October. Unicare delivers high quality health care services to clients in need of private duty, home aids, physical, occupational and speech therapy.
