South Norwalk, CT – Silvester Garza and David Fugitt of Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC completed the sale of 29 North Main Street in South Norwalk. The property is the former site of the Palace Theater. Ryan Casey of Servant Connecticut represented the buyer in this transaction which sold for $2,300,000.
