Shelton – It was announced today that the industrial property at 8 Forest Parkway in Shelton has sold. The former owner, Pemburn Partners, LLC has sold the property to Wood Grain Carpentry of Derby Connecticut. The sales price for the 15,550 square foot building on 2.75 acres was $2.3 million dollars, or just under $148.00 per square foot. The building had formerly been the home to Corporate Mailing which had downsized and relocated to a smaller space in Shelton.
Wood Grain Carpentry is a specialized woodworking company that creates high-quality, handcrafted pieces for residential spaces.
