1580 Post Road East, Westport – As the exclusive broker representing the Mackno Family Trust, Mr. Lewis was responsible for leasing this 6,300 SF building to Commerce Park Pediatric Dental and Orthodontics for a ten year term. The building is currently undergoing a complete renovation.
1365-1391 Post Road East, Westport – The sole broker in this transaction, Mr. Lewis leased 1,869 SF of office space above Balducci’s to Awareness Technologies for a five year term.
877 Post Road East, Westport – As the exclusive broker for this shopping plaza located directly at the Sherwood Island Connector, Mr. Lewis leased 1,620 SF of office space to All Star Driver d/b/a The Next Street.
In addition, the 2,500 SF former Radio Shack space at 877 Post Road East has been leased to Restore Cryotherapy. Mr. Lewis represented the Landlord, and Peter Levine of Charter Realty & Development represented the tenant.
251 Main Street, Westport – Mr. Lewis acted as the exclusive broker for 251 Main Street, LLC in the sale of their 5,317 SF building to Dr. Zijad Sabovic for $1,145,000. The buyer was represented by Shoshana Snyder of Raveis Real Estate.
