Q-Tran Finalizes Expansion in Milford, CT

Q-Tran, a leading innovator of transformers for lighting and producer of LED lighting solutions has recently finalized its second expansion at 155 Hill Street in Milford. Adding a new state of the art production line for LED lighting products. Randy Vidal of Vidal/Wettenstein represented Q-Tran in negotiating the 41,000 square foot lease with the Owner’s, Clark Avenue Properties.
