Stratford – It was announced today that a portion of the building at 300-320 Avon Street in Stratford has been leased to PDR Finish Carpentry. PDR Finish Carpentry LLC fabricates custom carpentry, millwork services, and remodeling services. The space leased to PDR is 6,553 square feet.
The owner of the building is BHD 300-320 Avon Realty, LLC, and had recently purchased the property as an investment. Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR & Partner with Vidal/Wettenstein had listed the remaining two spaces for lease and has successfully brought the building to 100% occupancy.
