It was announced recently that the retail shopping plaza located at 14 Church Hill Road in Newtown Connecticut, has been sold. The sales price for the 17,557 square foot plaza which sits on 2.17 acres, sold for $3,370,000 or just under $192.00 per square foot. The property had been owned by Church Hill & Queen LLC, and the purchaser was Arrowhead Properties, LLC.
