Hamden, CT- The mixed-use building at 2581 State St has been sold to an owner-user. There are two existing buildings on one lot of 0.42 acres. One building is a 1,570 square foot auto repair shop, and the other is a 1,242 square foot single-family home.
The new owner will use the automotive repair shop to store equipment and trucks; the house is being converted to an office use.
