Fairfield – It was announced today that Land Rover Fairfield, has leased the industrial property at 55 Webster Street in Fairfield, Connecticut. The 6,000 square foot facility is designed to enhance the client delivery experience and accelerate online inventory merchandising. The expansion establishes a benchmark for vehicle reconditioning and digital retail in the region. The lease term is a multiyear with options to renew.
According to Bruce Wettenstein who brokered the lease, “the property was an ideal choice for Ryan Ambrifi, owner of the Land Rover Fairfield and Motoplex Fairfield due to its proximity to the Range Rover showroom.”
Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR of Vidal/Wettenstein negotiated the terms of the lease. The property owner was referred to Wettenstein from fellow SIOR member Carl Russell of the H Pearce Company.
