It was announced today that the industrial property located at 283 Indian River Road in Orange, Connecticut has been sold. The property, which is 22,090 square feet on 2.5 acres, has sold for $2,090,000 or $94.61 per square foot. The building is occupied by Kelvion Corporation and a boiler parts business. The seller was PTNT Properties, LLC and the purchaser is HIS Group, LLC. Gus Eliopulos of Colonial Properties represented the buyer and Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR & Managing Partner with Vidal/Wettenstein of Westport was the listing broker. Peter Ambrose of Ambrose & Strazza LLC was the seller’s counsel.
