The new tenant is Elite Health Services, a world-class provider of Certified Functional Manual Physical Therapy, Personal Fitness, Golf & Triathlon Performance Training, Massage and Wellness related services. Westport will be Elite’s second location along with an existing facility in Old Greenwich. They plan to open this spring after construction has been completed. Fugitt was the sole broker involved in the lease.
