Monroe – Vidal/Wettenstein & KW co-broke sale –
It was recently announced that the Crescent Village Shopping Center located at 115 Main Street in Monroe has been sold to new owners. The multi building retail center sold for $1,750,000 or just under $142.00 per foot. The three buildings total 12,340 sq/ft on 1.54 acres and was built in 1988. The center has had 90% occupancy during the past 20 years.
Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR, with Vidal/Wettenstein was the listing broker and Aneel Asif with Keller Williams represented the purchaser, AU Capital One LLC. The seller was the John E Kalas Trust. Counsel for the seller was Jerome Mayer of Newtown, and for the purchaser, Michael Dolan.
