Fairfield, CT – It was announced today that the law firm of Meehan & Meehan presently in Bridgeport will be relocating to their new facility at 116 Sherman Street in Fairfield. The 2,500 square foot property will be used for the firm’s law practice. The property was purchased by MTM Sherman Street LLC, for $1,050,000 or $420.00 per square foot.
The building had been occupied by the Rosemary Hallgarten Interior Design Group which recently relocated to a larger facility in Norwalk. The Meehan Law firm has been practicing family law since 1961 and focuses on family law, criminal defense and civil litigation. The firm has received many accolades including being named a Connecticut Super Lawyer. They have offices in Bridgeport and Westport.
Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR and Partner with Vidal/Wettenstein was the listing broker and Erika Portanova-Songer of William Pitt represented the buyer. Rita Steinberger, Esq., of Westport was counsel for the seller.
