Ansel Label & Packaging Corporation has renewed its lease at 204 Spring Hill Road in Trumbull, Connecticut. The 13,364 square feet of space is comprised of offices, production and warehouse space. Ansel Packaging is a family run, 3rd generation business that focuses on printing and labels to a wide variety of industries. The business originated in Bridgeport and relocated to Trumbull over 25 years ago.
Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR, with Vidal/Wettenstein of Westport negotiated the renewal for Ansel Packaging. The property is owned by Bruce & William Silverman who also own other properties in the Trumbull and Monroe region.
