The building which is 26,400 sq/ft and situated on 2.5 acres, sold for $1,675,000 or $63.44 per square foot. The purchaser was 4 for 4 Properties, LLC, and the seller was 674 Naugatuck Avenue Associates, LLC. The building had been the original home to Pease Fabricating, and more recently the home to Collegiate Movers. The purchaser plans to renovate the building and occupy it with tenants.
