Assembly and Test Systems Relocates to Shelton

December 2007, Shelton, CT--Randy
Vidal, SIOR of Vidal Wettenstein LLC is pleased to announce the relocation
of Bodine Assembly and Test Systems, a division of Assembly & Test

Vidal/Wettenstein
brings to 100% occupancy
TMC Services Leases in Monroe

December 2007, Monroe, CT--Bruce Wettenstein,
SIOR and Partner with Vidal/Wettenstein announced today that TMC Services,
Inc., has taken the last available unit at 127 Enterprise Drive in
Monroe. The new 4,000 square foot space will be used for offices and
storage of the material used in their business, including the fleet of
vehicles. TMC is one of New England's leading
full-service environmental contracting companies. They are known
throughout the region for providing environmental, construction, and
abatement services to owners, general contractors, engineers, and
municipal and government agencies.
The building was built and
owned by Todd Gay, owner of Landscaping Unlimited. In addition to TMC,
there are two other tenants in the building. Todd is planning
construction of an additional 8,000 sq/ft which Vidal/Wettenstein will
market for lease. Attorney Will Rogers of the Sugarbrook Law Center in
Newtown represented Mr. Gay. TMC Services used their in house counsel.

Closet Relocating to Monroe

35 Courtland Street in Bridgeport Sells

July 2007,
Bridgeport, CT --It was reported today that 35 Courtland Street was
sold to a New York-based real estate investment group. The two-story,
31,600 square foot modern office building, situated on 1.06 acres is
located in Bridgeport's central business district. The property is across
from the Federal Court House and the corporate offices of the Connecticut
Post.
The owners intend to upgrade and reposition the property as a mixed-use
office and retail complex. According to Fred Frassinelli, broker for the
buyer, "35 Courtland Street/430 State Street is excellently located for
office tenants requiring near by highway access, 25/8 access ramp and
I-95; secure on-site parking and close proximity to all of downtown
Bridgeport's amenities and services".

J W Eskew Design Relocates

Bridgeport, CT-- Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR and partner with
Vidal/Wettenstein announced today that the J W Eskew Design Company has
purchased a building and relocated to 187 Monroe Street in Bridgeport. The
building is a 10,000 square foot block and steel building and will be used
for a wood working company. The price was $565,000.
Counsel for the seller was William Fitzpatrick of Fitzpatrick Fray &
Bologna, Fairfield, and counsel for the purchaser was Adam Shline. Bruce
Wettenstein, SIOR negotiated the sales transaction for both parties.

$320,000 or $220 per square foot. The building is 1,450 SF not including a
full basement on approximately three quarters of an acre. The building was
previously used as a hair salon and will be converted to general office
and located across from the 125 Old Gate Lane business park and the
developing Old Gate area. Zakos represented both sides of the
transaction.

Management Partners expanding to Stratford

June 07, Stratford, CT--
Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR & partner with Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC announced
today the 120 Feeley Street property in Stratford Connecticut has been
sold to Graphic Management Partners. The building is 18,500 square feet
and will be used for the commercial printing business which is the same
type of use it had in the past. Graphic Management Partners is owned by
Jim Coyman and Anthony Corrado of Port Chester. GMP has been in the
commercial printing business for 25 years, and decided to expand into the
Fairfield County region to continue the firm's growth.
The sellers of the property, George and
Nick Fatse were represented by Attorney Andrew Cretella of Trumbull, and
the purchaser, GMP was represented by Attorney Joseph Egan of Ridgefield.

Milford has been sold for $742,500 or $108 per square foot. The Medical
Office building is 6,860 square feet on approximately half an acre. The
building is currently used as a medical office building, located across
from Milford Hospital and the Milford Green.

State DOT Contractor Locates state DOT Field Office in Wilton
March, 07, Wilton, CT --Vidal/Wettenstein,
LLC associate Christopher Holroyd announces that Tilcon Connecticut Inc.
has leased approximately 2,200 square feet at 372 Danbury Road in Wilton
for a state of Connecticut Department of Transportation (DOT) field
office.
Tilcon's
Construction division won a state DOT contract for the reconstruction of
Route 7 in Wilton worth approximately $35 million, one of the Construction
division's largest contracts ever won. The state has designated nearly
three miles of reconstruction on Route 7, of which the DOT office will be
centrally located. The project includes approximately 65,000 tons of
asphalt, which will originate from a Danbury plant, 4,000 yards of
cast-in-place concrete for two bridges and 7,000 feet of 12-inch diameter
of water main replacement. Tilcon will hire various subcontractors for
portions of the work and Tilcon's Construction Estimator Vinnie
DiBerardino will manage the project. The Route 7 project is slated to be
completed in 2009.
Holroyd
represented the tenant while Jackie Pinyan-Durels and Joshua Gopan of GVA
Williams represented the owner. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.

KitchenMax Purchases Bridgeport Property
March, 07, Bridgeport, CT --Bruce
Wettenstein, SIOR and Partner with Vidal/Wettenstein announced today that
KitchenMax, LLC of Shelton has purchased a Knowlton Street property in
Bridgeport for their kitchen cabinet manufacturing company. The buildings
were formerly owned by S & G Mold and Die Company, a tool and die business
that had been in the facility for over 20 years. KitchenMax formerly Rob &
Henry Cabinetry of Fairfield will be expanding their production line of
kitchen cabinets in the new facility sometime in April. The property sold
for $440,000 and is 6,625 square feet on half an acre.
