Firm to Occupy 3,900 Square Feet at 320 Post Rd West

4, 2006, Westport, CT --Cohen and Wolf, P.C., a leading Connecticut law
firm, has signed a 10-year lease to take office space at 320 Post Road
West in Westport. The firm has maintained an office in Westport since 1996
and this move will substantially expand the firm's office space to 3,900
square feet. At least three resident partners together with firm
associates will occupy the space. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
Occupancy is scheduled for the second quarter of 2007.
Founded in 1951, Cohen and Wolf, P.C. provides a wide range of
sophisticated legal services to leading businesses, organizations and
individuals, both regionally and nationally. The firm has more than 40
lawyers based in three Connecticut offices: Bridgeport, Danbury and
Westport.

AVENUE INDUSTRIAL PARK BUILDING SELLS

November 2006, Bridgeport, CT --It was announced today
that the Alimak Hek Company has sold its property located in the Boston
Avenue Industrial Park to Anthony Geraci. The property consists of two
buildings totaling 38,000 sq/ft on 2.91 acres of land. The sales price
was $1,350,000.00.
Alimak Hek had been in the park since its inception
in 1979 and had used the buildings for their offices and prep work on
their product.
Alimak Hek Group is the world's

Vidal/Wettenstein Represents Netc in Purchase of Three Flex Condominium
Units

November 2006, Milford, CT-- Christopher Holroyd of Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC
announced that Netc, LLC has purchased three new flex-condominium units at
100 Corporate Drive in Trumbull from Corporate Drive Business Park, LLC.
The total square footage of the units is 4,920 and will be used for the
company's assembly, storage and distribution needs and administrative
offices. The total price for the turnkey units was $1,000,000.
Netc, The Media Barcode Label Experts, specializes
in providing customers with desktop software solutions for creating
quality, just-in-time media barcode labels.
According to Joe Stonoha, owner of Netc, "The units
provide an attractive and functional setting for our business. We were
able to customize the space to fit our needs and ensure we can continue to
expand our business."

Zakos of Vidal Wettenstein Negotiates $5,225,000 Sale Milford Landmark
Building Sold

November 2006, Milford, CT--Scott
Zakos, Partner of Vidal Wettenstein announced the sale of Harbor Towers,
located at One New Haven Avenue long known in Milford as a destination
retail and professional building has been sold to Harbor Towers Realty
Associates, LLC.. The property was purchased for $5,225,000 as an
investment with the potential of added value in the future. Originally
built in 1988, the property was acquired by Ray Bastarache / Bastarache
Properties, LLC in 1994 from the FDIC for $50,100 and redeveloped as a
mixed use property. Harbor Towers is a three story, twenty six thousand
square foot building, with a two level parking garage with one hundred and
three spaces. Currently the building is one hundred percent leased, and
offers a great downtown location with parking and convenience to the
Milford green and train station.

Vidal/Wettenstein sells property for $1,250,000

October
2006, Shelton, CT--It was announced today by Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC
that the 8 Forest Parkway facility formerly occupied by Crookhorn Davis
Company has been sold to 8 Forest Parkway LLC for $1,250,000. The
purchaser is comprised of a group of investors that intend to lease the
facility to a future tenant. Scott Zakos of Vidal/Wettenstein will be
handling the leasing activity.
The property consists of 15,550 square feet of modern
air conditioned space on 2.75 acres of land, allowing future expansion on
the site. Crookhorn Davis had been one of the premiere leather good
manufacturers of quality belts and wallets. Prior to the listing of the
property for sale by Vidal/Wettenstein, the company had liquidated it's
inventory and held an auction for the equipment and residual product.

opening Friday at 955 Ferry Blvd, Stratford to raise money for
defibrillators for the town of Stratford. Urstadt Biddle Properties

Contractors Direct originally from Bridgeport, expanded to Milford in

Mr. Shower Door Fabricating to Relocate

Stratford, CT --Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR and Partner with
Vidal/Wettenstein announced today that Mr. Shower Door Company of Norwalk
has purchased a manufacturing property at 260 Hathaway Drive in Stratford
from Craig and Sandra Hoekenga, for $1,705,000. The building is 27,500
square feet and will be used for the companies material storage and
fabricating of their product. The company manufactures high quality shower
enclosures for the upscale residential community. The retail showroom will
remain at 651 Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk.
According to Thomas Whitaker, Owner of Mr. Showerdoor, "Stratford is on
the move, with the existence of many fabricating and distribution
companies, I believe this re-location of the fabricating department will
enhance our business and offer the company future growth. Mr. Shower Door
incorporated in 1981, and to date has 8 franchises along the east coast,
Whitaker said."
Wettenstein had originally sold the property to Craig and Sandra Hoekenga,
owners of Microboard Processing, and when the company outgrew the building
the firm relocated to the Seymour Industrial Park. There, the company

at 160 Bishop Avenue, Connecticut Avenue, Bridgeport. Precision Welding
Inc. was founded by Mr. Daniel Zaverhua, which manufactures/fabricates and
assembles quality precision parts for the past 27 years. Chris Zaveruha,
son of Mr. Zaveruha recently relocated to the company after selling their
Smith Street, Bridgeport location. Chris Zaverhua, who now runs the

was announced today that the former Mechanical Marketing property at 410
Surf Avenue, has been sold to Nick Lulka, President of Fairfield
Orthodontics. The property will be used for the corporate offices and
distribution center for Fairfield Orthodontics, a supplier of orthodontic
products. The building is 4,800 square feet and sold for $460,000.00.
Mechanical Marketing had occupied the building for 20 years prior to
purchasing a new 50,000 square foot facility at 105 Woodmont Road in

Jackpot Entertainment of Greenwich has taken the last remaining space at
1895 Stratford Avenue, Stratford. The leased unit is 11,840 square feet,
bringing the building to 100% occupancy. The entire building is 34,000
square feet. Vidal/Wettenstein was responsible for other leasing in the
premises.
According to
Philippe Ayache, President of Jackpot Entertainment, the space will used
for the sales & service of lighting & audio gear, and production housing
for the preparation of corporate and special events. Also taking place on
site will be training for the entertainment industry. Philippe chose
Stratford because of the location of the companies Jackpot Entertainment
works with, in addition to the close proximity to I-95.

today that the DiSanto Technology facility located at 72 Camp Avenue in
Stamford, has been sold to an investment group for $2,900,000.00.
Simultaneously, DiSanto Technology has purchased a 5 acre parcel of land
in Shelton and will begin construction of a 25,000 square foot state of
the art
manufacturing facility. The new building will be located on Constitution
Boulevard and should be operational in approximately eleven months. O R &
L Construction has been chosen as the construction manager to build the
facility.
DiSanto Technology is a manufacturer of medical
components and a producer of prototype products used in the medical
industry.
The 72 Camp Avenue building will be used for the corporate offices and

Stettwood
Products to relocate to new headquarters
January 15, 2006, Milford, CT ---It
was announced today that Stettwood Products, a manufacturer of wood
cabinets, desks, and other fine products, will be relocating to their new
production space on Wampus Lane in Milford, Connecticut. The company which
is presently in the Devon area of Milford has leased 18,000 square feet of
space. The term of the lease is for five years with options to renew.
Steven Spector with Colonial Properties was the
listing broker and Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR represented the tenant. Counsel
for Stettwood was Jon Elliot, Esq., of Kleban and Samor, Southport, CT.

Unique Colonial Office Building Sells

January 2006,
Norwalk, CT,-- 9 Bettswood Road has sold for $650,000. The building, a
newly renovated 1800's Colonial has 4,800 square feet of office and
medical space.

Bettswood Associates. Attorney Steven Siegelaub provided legal
representation.
