East Coast Sensors, Inc. and Industrial Electric Sales, Inc. Move to
Stratford

April 2008,
Stratford, CT--20 Hathaway Drive, LLC. has purchased the property at
20 Hathaway Drive. East Coast Sensors, Inc. and Industrial Electric Sales,
Inc. formerly of Fairfield took occupancy of the 8,000 square foot
facility in May of 2006. Their Fairfield property was sold to Al Kleban
who has demolished the building to make way for a retail establishment.
The Stratford building, which had previously been the home to a printing
company, sold for $675,000.
The building suited East Coast Sensors, Inc. and Industrial Electric
Sales, Inc. need for more space as their businesses continue to grow. The
property offers nearly three times the square footage they formerly
occupied and is in a good location off exit 30 on I-95. Gary Heid,
President of East Coast Sensors, Inc. has found the space perfect for his
manufacturing needs. East Coast Sensors, Inc. has seen tremendous growth
in the last few years and has been able to streamline their production
meeting their customers needs while utilizing all of their new space.
Industrial Electric Sales, Inc. has also benefited from the large office
areas and increased warehouse space, being able to stock many of the
products their customers require.

Myers who originally built the building for Remlitho Printing thirty years

Vidal Wettenstein & Arnold Peck Commercial Co-Broke Sale

April 28th 08 Milford, CT— Scott
Zakos, Partner with Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC announced today that 57 Plains
Road in Milford has been sold for $1,400,000 or $60 per square foot. The
three story office building is 24,000 square feet on approximately .78
acres. The building has housed a variety of office tenants since 1989.
The seller, Tarkhan Associates LLC was represented by Kevin Weirsman, of
Arnold Peck's Commercial World in Milford. The purchaser, 57 Plains Road,
LLC was represented by Scott Zakos, of Vidal/Wettenstein. Zakos said
“Vidal/Wettenstein will be marketing the space for lease available in the
building, with roughly about a third of the building with proposals to
lease out.” The new owner will be making improvements to the building. The
building is conveniently located off exit #36 off I-95 and close to the
Merritt Parkway connector as well as Historic Downtown Milford and the
train station.

JVK Entertainment invests in Stratford to jumpstart Connecticut’s first
BounceU franchise

real estate firm announced the opening of Connecticut’s first BounceU
Franchise. JVK Entertainment, LLC has signed a 10,800 square foot lease at
305 Hathaway Drive, Stratford CT. John & Wendy Van Kirk (above), of JVK
Entertainment, LLC also of Stratford are the owners and operators of the
first local site, which is now open. A Grand opening event will be
scheduled for early May.
BounceU combines indoor play space in warehouse-sized rooms filled with
giant inflatable structures and party rooms which can accommodate up to 70
plus people. The theme is private, safe, secure FUN for any celebration!

Vidal/Wettenstein Leases Space in Darien to
Brazilian Airline

April 15, 2008, Darien,
CT – Scott Zakos, Partner with
Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC, announced that Canela Investment LLC has leased
2,086 square feet on second floor space in the Bank of America Building
located at 1120 Boston Post Road in Darien, CT. David Neeleman Chairman
of Jet Blue Airways announced plans for the new Brazilian Airline starting
in 2009. The Darien office will serve as the US headquarters while the
company grows eventually to a fleet of 76 planes nationwide.

of Vidal Wettenstein was the exclusive agent for the owner, F&F
Management. The building is a well located, attractive office building
directly adjacent to the southbound I-95 exit 11 ramp and walking distance

and Blockbuster, recently sold to an entity affiliated with Westport-based

separate transactions. Nature-Plus Inc. a biotechnology development

5,060 SF building located on approximately .50 acres. The light industrial
